By creating an account or using WordFlow AI you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

WordFlow AI provides AI-assisted writing tools including rewriting, grammar correction, tone changes, translation, simplification and generation.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • You can register with an email and password or sign in with Google. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password (or Google account) secure.
  • You may set a display name and avatar on your profile. You are responsible for the content of your profile and must not impersonate others.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You may reset your password at any time using the "Forgot password" link, and you may delete your account from the Account page; deletion is permanent.
  • You must not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Pro access is tied to your account. Paid plans (Monthly £3.99 or Yearly £39, GBP, inclusive of applicable VAT) are processed by Stripe and begin with a 3-day free trial. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you sign in on another device with the same account, your Pro access follows you automatically.

4. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to text you submit and to outputs generated for you. We retain ownership of the software, brand and interface.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
