This policy explains how WordFlow AI ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: email address, password hash (when using email sign-up), or Google account identifier and profile basics (name, email, avatar URL) when you sign in with Google.
• Profile data you provide: display name and optional avatar shown on your account.
• Subscription data: your current plan (Free / Pro Monthly / Pro Yearly), trial and renewal dates, and Stripe customer ID, used to grant Pro access tied to your account.
• Content you submit to the editor (processed transiently, not stored for training).
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser type.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.

2. Why we process it

• To deliver the writing service you request (contractual necessity).
• To improve the product and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To communicate service changes and respond to support requests.

3. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights email info@maxyblaqeasylife.net.

4. Retention

Text submitted to the editor is processed in memory and discarded after the response is returned. Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 30 days after deletion.

5. International transfers

Where data leaves the UK we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

You may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
