• Account data: email address, password hash (when using email sign-up), or Google account identifier and profile basics (name, email, avatar URL) when you sign in with Google.
• Profile data you provide: display name shown on your account.
• Subscription data: your current plan (Free / Pro Monthly / Pro Yearly), trial and renewal dates, and Stripe customer ID, used to grant Pro access tied to your account.
• Content you submit to the editor or AI support chat, sent to an AI service for processing.
• Usage data: pages visited, actions taken, device and browser type.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we do not store card details.

2. Why we process it

• To deliver the writing service you request (contractual necessity).
• To improve the product and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
• To communicate service changes and respond to support requests.

3. Your rights

4. Retention

Account and subscription records are stored to provide the service. Editor text and support messages are sent to AI service providers, whose processing and logging practices may differ. This page does not guarantee immediate deletion or a fixed retention period. Contact us to ask about retention or request deletion. Avoid submitting sensitive information.

5. International transfers

Service providers may process data outside the UK. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards applicable to your data.
