What does WordFlow AI do?+
It rewrites, fixes grammar, changes tone, translates, simplifies and generates text, all from a single workspace. Paste your draft, click an action, get a refined result.
Is there a free plan?+
Yes. You can try the editor for free. Upgrade to Pro (£3.99/month or £39/year) for unlimited use and priority processing.
Will you use my text to train AI models?+
No. Text you submit is processed in memory to produce your result and is then discarded. We do not use customer content for model training.
Which languages are supported?+
The editor works in any major language; translation supports Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese at launch, with more on the way.
How do I create an account?+
Click Sign in / Sign up in the top right. You can register with an email and password or continue with Google. After signing up you'll get a 3-day free trial of Pro.
I forgot my password, what now?+
On the sign-in screen click 'Forgot password'. We'll email you a secure link to set a new one. The eye icon in the password field lets you reveal what you're typing.
How does Pro access work across devices?+
Pro is tied to your account, not your browser. Sign in on any device and your Pro plan follows you automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Open the Account page and click Cancel subscription. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period and won't be charged again.
Can I delete my account?+
Yes. From the Account page click Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and subscription record.
Do you offer refunds?+
If something goes wrong in the first 14 days, email us and we'll make it right.
